The many foreign students (mainly from Asia) at Tokyo Design Academy give our campus a true international flavor. 20% of total student population are from overseas.

International Student Party

An International Student Party is held in April right after the start of the school year to allow foreign students to get to know TDA’s educators and students.

International Student Support

Tokyo Design Academy has 'International Student Support Center' that the foreign students can use to have a deeper understanding about TDA’s education system. At the International Student Community Center, our full-time personnel collaborate with TDA’s instructors to help each student choose the perfect occupation and career path to fulfill their hopes. We also offer Japanese language class for international students.

	Career Guidance TDA’s original career manual helps students understand the job-seeking process as a whole. Business email addresses are distributed so that students learn about that method of employment as well.
	Design Industry Seminars Lecturers from various businesses are invited to help students broaden their industry knowledge.
	Company Presentations Students deepen their business understanding through learning about interviews and the hiring process directly from company recruiters.
	Individual Interviews Through consultations with TDA's guidance counselors, students' post-graduation paths become clear.
	International Student Guidance We educate international students about how to prepare to work in Japan, what processes to follow, and other information.
	Career Presentations from Graduates TDA graduates talk about their current jobs and their job searching experiences while at school.
	Mock Interviews/Interview Seminar Through practice, learn how to behave during interviews and how to speak accurately.

Alumni Association Korean Branch

Not all TDA graduates become employed in Japan – some return to carry out activities in their home country.

The Korean branch of the TDA Alumni Association holds parties and other events within Korea.
